You Can Make a Difference
One of the best ways to get connected in the Family of God is to join a serving team. It's a great way to get to know people at Victory. There are tons of people each week that use their time and energy to serve the Lord through caring for kids, students, welcome guests, lead victory life groups groups, taking out the trash, praying for each other, cooking meals...and the list goes on.
HOSPITALITY TEAM
We believe that Victory Church is a great place to call home! That means rolling out the red carpet for our guests and members. Whether it's pouring a cup of coffee, greeting someone at the door, directing parking lot traffic, or serving as an usher in our worship service, we have a spot for you to love on people. WORSHIP TEAM
Love working with technology and being creative or have an ear for mixing music? Wanna jam out for Jesus on stage? This team has a wide variety of opportunities including running sound for services and special events, helping lead the people of God in worship, opportunities to create videos, and even helping coordinate the visual slides and videos in services.
Our S.H.E.I.L.D. team members serve our church by being the ones who are ready for any unforseen situation what might be uncomfortable. Whether they are ready for safety, hazards, emergencies, intrusions, liabilities, or distractions, our SHIELD team is ready to go! What about you? Do you think that this is the place for you?

The Ladies of Victory are a group of AMAZING women who have some awesome times in discipleship, service, outreach, and fellowship. There are several opportunities to plan, lead, and serve out ladies. Whether it's the IF Conference in the fall, the DadFest in the summer or Bunko fellowships throughout the year. These ladies are great!

MEN'S MINISTRY
The Men of Victory are a great group of Brothers in Christ. We strive to support one another in life, faith, fellowship, and FUN! It might be fishing, skeet shooting, a night of bowling, or our MANFEAST! Are you looking for a generation Band of Brothers to do life with? We would love to have you serve our men's ministry!
OUTREACH TEAM
Our Outreach team exists to make plans to share the GOSPEL with our town, community, and county. These are the guys and gals who dream big and draw out the blueprints of opportunities to be the CHURCH while leaving the walls of the Church building. That could b a stick horse rodeo, VBS, a parade float in a neighbor town, or even a BBQ Cookoff Team!
MEAL TRAIN
Calling all COOKS! Do you like to feed the soul while filling the belly? If so, we are looking for a few great chefs like you! Our wonderful Meal Team serves the members of Victory Church when they are in need. That could include a new baby in a family, hospital stays & surgeries, or even a tragic death in the family. Sounds like your cup of tea?
