Victory Ministry Staff
The vocational ministry staff of Victory Church gives oversight to the day-to-day ministerial activities of our corporate fellowship. They plan, create, and implement the overall vision and mission of Victory while leading teams, planning the church calendar, organizing services, and strategizing how to take the Gospel to the world.

The Elder Leadership Team serve Victory Church and assist the Senior Pastor in the development of the spiritual life of the church. These men work tirelessly to help create and protect a positive spiritual climate within our congregation. While not a governing board, this body of leaders are called to create and maintain spiritual stability within Victory Church.

Victory Trustees
The Board of Trustees of Victory Church serves our congregation through financial and legal oversight. They conduct major business transactions of the church, oversee the provisions of physical facilities needed, and provide counsel to the Lead Pastor regarding financial affairs of the church.
